Shipping + Returns/Exchanges

Because fragrance interacts uniquely with each wearer, Eau de Parfums cannot be returned without compromising product integrity. For this reason, all Eau de Parfum purchases are final sale and are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges are accepted only in the case of damage. A photo of the damaged item must be submitted within three (3) business days of receipt for review. Upon approval, a claim will be filed with the carrier.

This item ships via UPS Ground only and cannot be shipped by air. It is available for delivery within the continental United States only. Shipment to international locations, U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses are not available for this item.
